Linda’s parent Duane and Betty were both working. Linda was home with her brother Robert who was 17 at the time. But after receiving a phone call from their grandma, Robert left the house to do some work for her. This left Linda home alone. Robert returned home around 11:45 a.m. What he found would haunt him and his family till this day. He found the body of his sister Linda. Someone had entered the family home, sexually assaulted Linda and then shot her to death.

Over 4 decades have passed since Linda's death. Her family is still seeking justice for her murder. If you have any information about Linda's case, please contact the Miami Valley Crime Stoppers at 937-222-STOP.
