For this episode I spoke to Willa and Jessica, who are both friends of Melanie Meleney, who was reported missing on October 13, 2018. Ten days later, a body part later confirmed to be hers was found along Marley Creek, behind the Church of the Good Shepherd. The body part was a leg.
Melanie was last seen at her home at the Chesapeake Glen Apartments in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
Melanie’s son Ryan Rose told a local news station that the family doesn’t know anything about what happened to his mother.
Melanie’s friend Willa said, “She made it from her apartment to (Marley Creek) on the side of the water. So, somebody had to see something.” Although her body hasn’t been found and she is likely deceased, she is still classified as missing.
